I guess it is "some kind" of maturity or whatever when you realize
that somehow you have to "accept your destiny", "let things in the hands of
God", "understand that pushing only complicate things", "that verything goes
as it should be" or " that we are already doing all what we can without
actually doing nothing".
I had a experience quite similar. But it was ,more than other thing,
the only choice left to me. Let things go alone, wait, observe, and hope
that, that way, will take you somewhere. And it took me. :)). A slow
(very,very slow) but firm way back to natural balance -- (for me) the
homeostasis of the body and its wonders -- kundalini & awakening are other
words used.
