The real question is not if someone does it or not. But the reasons that take that person to do it. Is it thinking that is a good thing to do, that it will keep you healthy? i.e. a thought from the mind Or is it a necesity a sensation of pleasure and freedom whenever you run? i.e. a feeling that comes from all the body. In the first reason I would see the mind enslaving the body, and I
wouldn´t see it as something good. In the second I would agree it is something wonderful.
In short words the argument is like that ... is it a pleasure or a body necesity, or is it self-imposed obligation?
I think that is what make the real difference between good exercise and bad exercise. And what I was not sure if there were people who runned for pleasure. But I have already answered my question. :). Thanks.

<I don't agree about the running. Breath during running is important.
<Altho' I ran when I was in my 20's, it was conquering the breath, not
<the body, that made me love it so much. There's a woman here on the
<mesa who is probably 68 and she runs almost every day, for at least an
<hour. She says she does it to keep up with her husband while hiking in
<higher altitudes!

<< I think running is more related with the youth stage of playing
<<and exploring the body. All the adult animals tend to be very, very
<<quiet and calm. i.e. Not losing energies without reason
