Hola!
<Yoga expresses Nature. It is no coincidence that many Kundalini
<activities are very similar to Yoga activities.
Personally, I think that Yoga it is a description of what a free being make.
<Classical Yoga literature refers to 84 hundred thousand species of
<living beings (of which there are several thousands of species of
<humans), and states that there is a Yoga corresponding to each of them.
<Therefore there are 84,00,000 ways to reach The One. Everyone should be
<able to find a particular Yoga that is suitable for their body, mind,
<character, etc.
As we have our "kriyas" the rest of the animals have them. It make sense.
Thanks for your answer. But what I would like to know if a Yogi following traditional yoga "runs" as part of his spiritual practices. I would apreciate your answer, cos, I don´t now more people who have your knowledge.
