Dear Elargonauto,

I don't agree about the running. Breath during running is important. Altho' I ran when I was in my 20's, it was conquering the breath, not the body, that made me love it so much. There's a woman here on the mesa who is probably 68 and she runs almost every day, for at least an hour. She says she does it to keep up with her husband while hiking in higher altitudes!

         I think running is more related with the youth stage of playing and exploring the body. All the adult animals tend to be very, very quiet and calm. i.e. Not losing energies without reason
