hello to all of you,
My name is Maria, and I am new to this list. I had a
spontaneous Kundalini awakening about 8 months ago,
and everything in my life is in the process of
transformation. I had no idea what K. was when strange
things started to happen in my body, like my spine and
whole body starting to move by its own accord, but
strangely enough I was never scared or worried.
somehow it felt familiar. So far, the process has been
relatively balanced, since I haven't put up too much
resistance and because it's been fairly slow and
steady. But still, it's all quite overwhelming. At the
moment I'm working at trying to bring together
different polarities in my life and in my personality,
trying to learn the noble art of accepting what is now
without craving or evaluation. i'm in a time of low
tide, feeling restless and a bit out of tune with
everything. maybe it's another skin shedding period.

anyway, it feels important to me now to get in contact
with other people who have similar experiences to
mine, and I am looking forward to participating in
this list.
