Yeeeeks! Nothing like priming a k active person into having a frightening encounter!

Well, these are, of course, quite standard physical K phenomena. Heat, catalepsy, feeling presences, experiencing sensations in the chakras. The terror you felt was due to the lack of control you felt upon waking with sleep paralysis and the preconceptions the "healer" put into your brain.
It's like someone feeding negative energy into someone having an LSD trip. Ugh. Very irresponsible, imo. Just because this is how she probably experienced the energy, doesn't mean it is the only translation.

What a difference had you been told you would be experiencing angelic entities. :))

Yes, they are linked. It is a very common experience. When we encounter the energy at night, working on various chakras, it can be very frightening when we wake up during it in a state of paralysis. If we know what to expect, or simply relax into the experience, it can become blissful, instead of terrifying.
