Mystress Angelique,
The Mudra (minor variations are called Gnana Mudra, Chin Mudra, Hamsasya
Mudra) shown on the bottom right of your new website at
http://www.kundalini-teacher.com/ has been occurring very regularly for
me personally during the past few weeks (about 2 to 3 months).
Sometimes I get Surya Mudra superimposed on Gnana Mudra, that is: hand
open, forefinger to thumb for Gnana Mudra, and then ring finger to
centre of the palm for Surya Mudra. I am not sure if this is a
recognised Mudra in its own right, or just a compound of Mudras (or
perhaps even "fighting" Mudras).
Your website is excellent and I look forward to reading all the pages as
soon as possible. The handy sitemap that is provided will be my browser
homepage! The few pages that I have read so far are "right on the mark"
in that they describe many of my own experiences very precisely. But of
course this is to be expected since Kundalini activities are natural and
hence there is a commonality of experiences.
Bhavin.
