 Elargonauto,

Hola (and written backwards this is Aloha, well almost). I will answer
your question first and then give a useful Hatha Yoga book/website
reference. Kundalini and related areas are very well known in India,
and there is a lot of progressive research going on too. Some of the
research is even "scientific" in the Western sense.

As you know, Swami Dev Murti Ji is in Living Nirvana/Samadhi and has
dedicated his life to Yoga research in the interest of everyone in the
world. The Yoga system that he has designed is extremely valuable for
smoothing and helping the Kundalini development process. The Crocodile
Exercises are the Crown Jewels of Yoga. A draft, incomplete, and very
 basic website is at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/bhavin.desai/yoga/.
There are other current research programs, but why listen to students
when you can listen to (and practice with) the Masters?

Your email is synchronistic. I was just about to post this link
 regarding the Hatha Yoga Pradipika:
 http://davidrjones.tripod.com/hatha.htm.

It deals with Asanas (Exercises), Pranayama (Breathing), Mudras (Seals,
Symbols, Gestures) and Samadhi (Liberation, Self Realisation,
Illumination, Nirvana, Satori, etc). It is an excellent source book for
practical methods of Yoga especially for Kundalini active people.

I have read my book version (1980) many times over the past 20 years,
but recently it has been particularly helpful for the Kundalini
development process. [The website version has just copied the English
text, and the author has copyrighted it, even though he copied it from
 elsewhere!!!]

Another good source is the Gheranda Samhita.

 Bhavin.
