Dear Carole,
This list is usually quite eclectic, although we are having more Eastern
input than usual recently. :)) Most of the people here have wide ranging
interests--encompassing everything from UFO's to the latest physics theories. Do
feel free to ask questions! :))

Bonnie Greenwell's book *Energies of Transformation* and Lee Sannella's *The
Kundalini Experience* are both excellent for an overall view of Kundalini from
a more Western point of view.
