One ounce = 30cc

75 ounces is roughly 2250cc or 2.25 liters. Or 2 liters with 250 ccs
left over.

Ounces in fluid measures volume. Ounces in grams measures weight. Two
differrent things. One liter of water does not measure out as one kg.
Or maybe it does in this case. :)


        Yep. Sorry. I put the point at the wrong place. :)
So if we are severely dehydrated ( and there are many causes) and hold
onto water which makes our bodies swell, we take medicines and restrict
fluids to dry the body out. This sets up a vicious cycle because the
fluids we do drink are then hoarded inside our flesh because the body
thinks it is dehydrated and it is. So there is more swelling, we take
more medicine and restrict fluids. If you have problems with edema I
would seek out medical advice before increasing your fluids.


         That would be an explanation for body swelling, no? It all start
with a shortage of water because a failure in the water balance.

          Anyway I continue sticking to my point of view. If you listen to
your body it will tell when to drink or not.
