I have had many Kriyas (often several a day) while at work. Initially I
was a bit embarrassed about the activities and symptoms, but really no
one else seemed to care or notice (or simply kept quiet!!!). The
recommendation is to stay calm, breathe out gradually, and continue to
breathe slowly/smoothly/quietly. Don't force or inhibit the Kriyas, but
you can guide/control them. I found that I could effectively and safely
disperse the Kriya energy by imagining a feeling of expansion in the
body and mind.
