Yes, I have heard of this! I also crave water, and for the past several years even keep a big glass of water (in an insulated glass) on the night stand next to my bed.... Oh you guessed it, I wake up in the middle of the night and drink water! Amazing! LOL, and I just thought I was the ONLY strange one... Ha! Thanks for sharing this with me, now I know I am not the only one!
