Elargonauto,
I am pleased that you found my website interesting. As noted on the
website I will be introducing short mpg videos of the exercises in the
near future. My web space allowance is 50 MB, of which about 10 MB has
been used so far.
Mayurasana provides good benefits for the abdomen in terms of health and
strength. It is also an excellent exercise (especially when it happens
spontaneously or automatically) for the Kundalini Shakti. It should be
performed effortlessly.
It is not very well known, but Asana means a comfortable seat/pose.
Therefore, rather than regarding Asana as "exercise" our aim should be
that any Asana should be comfortable. Swami Dev Murti Ji states that to
do Hatha Yoga one must be able to hold any of the 84,00,000 Asanas for
at least 8 (yes, eight) hours. Since not many people can do that, Swami
Ji has designed the Eight Golden Keys in order to make the Yoga
available to everyone. Swami Ji's Yoga contains the essence of (all)
Yoga.
Bhavin.
