        Hola!


        I would like to tell you that your FAQ was the first place where I found
information about Maha Yoga or the Great Yoga. At that point I had been
doing a variety of spontaneous exercises, was really amazed and didn´t find
information about it anywhere. It was a great relief to find a web place
where someone knew about it too. :)). So, thank you. :)).

        Anyway after that I passed two months more researching information ( from
four to eight hours a day) and didn´t find too many places who had clear
information. The kundalini-gateway, ElCollie pages or Kundalini-Survival and
Support are the best of the few I found. In spanish I still haven´t found
any web site where it is mentioned. It seem to be something still restricted
to a small amount of people in the world.

        You have told in another message that you wanted to make a revision about
the FAQ. It could be that you find interesting to add something about the
relationship betweeen kundalini and the ability to manipulate our energy
field -- electromagnetic field - Qi - Prana - vital energy for healing.

        At my own experience in the same way as the spontaneous exercises came and
evolved through the months, it has come gradually the hability to feel this
energy and later on use it to heal myself spontaneously. Personally I think
it is just a consequence of the same process. And the ultimate (
complementary of the physical exercises, of course) natural healing
hability.


        I hope you find it interesting.
