Subject: [K-list] Prana and Kundalini are clearly different

I am a bit confused about the discussion whether Prana and Kundalini are
the same or similar. They are clearly two different things in theory
and in practice. The concept of "energy" may perhaps be the common
feature.

Prana is "life-force, breath, vital air that goes up". Kundalini is
"primordial cosmic energy located in the individual; mystic circle of
three and a half coils situated in the umbilical region; yogic principle
of serpent power".
