My pleasure. I didn't now you were responsible for the FAQ. I've enjoyed
them.

My gut feeling is that they are the same energy. Perhaps this just suggests
that my discernment hasn't reached a refinement necessary to distinguish
these subtleties. My impression is though that there are two energies that
are constantly mingling. These two energies are the poles that contain the
tension of the entire creation and the continuum of consciousness.
The red energy is the energy of the earth. When we are born we act on
instinct, preset patterns of behavior but much more open to white energy
than a rock. The pattern of matter is to enclose space in a frozen energy
crust. We see this as the red vulcanic lava at the centre of the earth and
in the spinning of sub atomic particles around a nucleus, etc. Humans are
born with instincts yet with a pattern that is very flexible and over time
more and more white energy or awareness penetrates the patterns and we
change by the blending of the white and the red energies and become self
conscious. The patterns can now be changed by an act of will and we work
for our safety and try to secure a position in the world. As some critical
point is reached a balance of the two energies within the system is reached
and the red energy that was flowing downward toward the centre of the earth,
becomes aware and turns 180 degrees towards the white energy and embraces
it. (Perhaps this is also the point where the heart chakra opens.) This
breaks down the patterns further and a communication process begins between
the two energies. Red energy now has aware direction and is called
kundalini. A rhythm develops between the two energies that have blended
within the energetic system and we move through greater depths of energetic
patterns and into greater heights of awareness becoming conscious of more of
the continuum. It then expands out horizontally into larger and larger
spheres.

I don't locate the red energy in my system at the naval. For me, it feels
more like my uterus. This is just a storage space though. When it moves it
moves down through the root chakra and over to the base of the spine. Even
then I feel that this energy is drawn up from the core of the earth. My
internal image of the 3 things is the red kundalini at the base of my spine,
the white energy above the crown and the blending of the two, in various
stations along the continuum. Matter becomes freer and freer from the
patterns that had bound it's activity into particular forms. In this way
matter is spiritualized and potential is manifested.

Julie.
