I really don't know too much about it. I have only heard my teacher speak of it once. It seems to be a developmental stage. When you have cleaned up enough karma and can channel enough energy, I think it happens by itself. It was my understanding that it was only the heart chakra that moved to the right. I don't know about any of the others. Sorry I could not be of more help.
