Dear Carole,

Virtually all your symptoms are pretty typical of Kundalini energy. You will find many similar examples in the archives and in various sections of the Kundalini-gateway.org site, especially the "polls" section. Heat, buzzing and ringing noises, lights of all sorts, sensation in spine, mood swings, jerking movements (called kriyas), sleeplessness, metaphysical experiences of all sorts, are all classic K symptoms, and I have personally experienced all of them. Many people also experience crawling sensations, and changes in facial features--often because suddenly we learn how much tension we hold in our facial muscles. Often years can fall away.

The process can be a lengthy one as the energy does its work. But once we know what is happening to us, the fear usually goes away and we start to see the positive aspects of all our "symptoms."

Sorry for the huge list, I think there are probably more too if I think about it for long enough! I was interested that someone mentioned projecting energy through the soles of the feet as often when I am in bed I can feel a strong tingling sensation on my leg where the sole of my foot has touched it. Is this the same thing?

Also, if anyone can answer this, how does one know when the kundalini process is complete?
