Hi Rick,

Thank you for a very thoughtful post. I agree with a lot of what you said,
particularly about enquiring into the nature of the I (eye).

I think though that body consciousness is consciousness and I'm not sure
that full consciousness can be reached without it's inclusion.

I also agree that Kundalini is not the goal but I think it is the way or, at
least, a way. For me, Kundalini is not just body consciousness. It is the
wisdom of the ages and it knows the way home.
