Hi Rick -

Have you tried walking or swimming to help with this?
I have found that a very long walk after work,
gently-paced, really helps a lot with sleeping
problems. I've been doing several miles a day since
1995 and have noticed significant relief. It took
several weeks for the effect to build up, though, so
if you try this, don't expect immediate improvement.
I'm sure it's a biochemical thing.

I still do not sleep a lot, of course, but never have
problems falling asleep or staying asleep. Now, all i
need to do is schedule more time for sleep, LOL.
