I guess you are refering to the fundamentals, no?. Instead of focusing
in the effects,
focus on the cause, no?. If it is that I agree with you. A lot of people get
lost in practices
and teqniques and quests when they already have all they need.
As I see it everything is originates from devotion to God/surrender to the
self/ wu wei
(letting everything happen spontaneously). If you understand, have
confidence, give youserlf
totally, everything else comes from that.

The start of the solution of all my problems ( that are quite solved right
now) where
starting to let things happen spontaneously ( everything). I thing that is
the big point.
People get stucked in their lives because their incapapbility to
understand that. There is
people who awaken their kundalini through spiritual practices but later
don´t surrender to it. So
the consequences are not good.

From my point of view is you who is loading the weight. Surrendering to
god is like
reorienting yourself towards life direction, that´s why life push you
instead you pushing life.
Are you going to fight with life all your life or let yourself go by life?

This life is wonderful the only problem is that we are blind to it.
There are stupendous
gifts and wonders inside of us that don´t come to the surface because our
missunderstanding of
reality. But they are waiting inside of every human on the earth. And when
they are awakened
things change 180 degrees.
