It's not the only way though. When my kundalini awakened I was filled with
manic amounts of energy. I would work out hard for up to 4 hours a day. If
I didn't do that I would be awake with Kriya's all night. Before it I had
never worked out in my life. My sister was a lot more physical and driven
than me.
I guess the first thing that the K does is balance the imbalances in our
organism.

I couldn't agree more. Fighting it tends to hold your symptoms in place.
After about a year of the vigorous workouts I let my body do it's own thing.
It finished up being highly pleasurable.
