Hi Deepak:
Actually, your following comments seem to me to be
totally on-topic.
I believe the whole point of Kundalini rising is to
remove the old patterns, such as you describe here.
But for many, on the surface, it's a very haphazard
process, without any real pattern to it and that
includes me. What I've concluded is that it's actually
fractal in nature, the process. One of my teachers
described it as a matrix. Repatterning can take many,
many different forms, as many forms as there are
humans. The hardest part for me, is repatterning the
old amygdala reactions, especially the fear of loss of
love. I'm still working on that.
