Depends on the quantity and quality of its activity at any given moment. I
hear its internal white noise, the OM vibration, almost constantly. I
usually feel subtle waves of energy from the base of my spine up my lower
back, and "tickles" at the chakra spots.

A few times during deep meditation I've gotten the full rush. It's
overwhelming and unmistakable. When it happens, it's usually so shocking to
my ego that I can't sustain it for long. It feels like I'm shining with a
clear light of pure consciousness and bliss. All sorts of metaphysical
answers come to me intuitively in that state. It's so powerful that I start
to feel like my body is going to disintegrate.

It's like the eruption of Old Faithful (the gyser). You're conscious of the
energy throughout your entire body and beyond.
