Go crazy because then you can let go. Then tension your building up is
splitting you apart.
If you were conscious of the K awakeneing then I feel you may disturb it's
natural path, accept it, accept the challenge, it's a special growth
opportunity, the K is helping you, this is a blessing, fight it and your
moving back to ego consciousness.
