Hety, thank you for your loving kindness. I do hope that Sandy is with Skye!
The pain has started to lift a bit. I actually feel like I might be able to eat something, thank heavens. I've been subsisting on carnation instant breakfast; me, for whom sugar is the root of all evil.
I dreamed last night that Sandy was sitting on the kitchen counter watching me bake bread (never happened, that I recall). Also that I was thawing something in the kitchen and I opened the door and he was there, pacing and waiting for me on the other side. I don't actually have a kitchen door, so I hoped maybe it meant he's actually waiting for me on the "other side" and that I'll see him again one day. The baking bread one, I don't know. Maybe he's watching me from wherever, to see what I make of the rest of my life.
Thank you Hillary, Charles, Rita, Sabrina, Paul, everyone who has sent loving thoughts. I am so grateful.
Shelle
