Percyval,

Thank you for your additional information. I knew about
http://www.kundalini-gateway.org/warn.html and would have included it as
well, but the two links that I originally posted were more detailed and
I did not want to post too many links.

The need for traditional secrecy regarding many types of Kundalini/Yoga
techniques is for everyone's security, and not just to deny the
knowledge to others (which is what many people have thought in the
past).

I am frequently surprised on the internet that the type of
Kundalini/Yoga information that should be kept secret for security is
now publicly available to individuals who can try it themselves without
any proper guidance.

As an example of synchronicity, here is a very relevant quote, from the
email masterclass course at http://www.gurudeva.org/, which I received
today:

Sutra 24 of the Nandinatha Sutras
Caution With Advanced Yogas
"Worshipers of Siva who qualify may perform advanced yogas (kriya, raja
and kundalini), but only with their guru's guidance, for unless
harnessed, kundalini can manifest base desires, disease, egotism and
joylessness. Aum."

(...and I liked the "warnly" signature!!!)
