with 686,000 sites. with "risks kundalini" I came up with 1440.

Jack: If you remove the "s" and search for "risk sport" and "risk
kundalini" then you will get about 1.2 million and 4000 respectively!!!
The match-numbers returned by Google are not really representative or
relevant (it's a technical issue to do with the search database and the
pattern syntax/semantics). However, my main point is that the severity
of risk is completely different in sport (or business or academia) and
Kundalini. Broken bones and egos can be repaired *relatively* easily in
sports compared to trying desperately to deal with the results of a
forced Kundalini process that has gone wrong (there are many "wrong"
ways, and more complex than sport). Remember that once the Kundalini
Shakti has been released it is difficult to control or stop. Research
it. Think about it.

Well, I agree to a degree. But what do you mean by "forced?" There are
many, many triggers to K. Does that mean you will no longer meditate?
Pray? Do Hatha Yoga or other physical disciplines from the East? Does
that mean you will avoid falling in love?

Jack: Many body/mind processes and functions occur naturally, but can
also be forced (I gave the gardening example in an earlier post). Many
systems have techniques that will correctly assist Kundalini
development, but there are also techniques that can force Kundalini
Shakti in terms of speed/intensity/etc. These latter techniques are the
risky/dangerous ones. They are even more risky/dangerous when they are
attempted alone, without proper guidance.
