That is not my experience - which may be why we differ in our response
to the Bible. Can you offer something to support your statement? This
may be difficult to do because a Biblical quote will not be sufficient.
Since we are discussing the authority of the Bible, to use the Bible to
give authority to the Bible is circular. If that is your personal
experience then we will have to agree to disagree - which is fine with
me. I do not have to agree with someone to respect them and what they
have to say.

Here is my reason for differing. When I experience the I AM state I find
no duality, only total unity. In that context to speak of born or
first-born is meaningless. To be born suggests one becoming two and in
the unity of I AM there is only eternal oneness. In that state I can
say, as Jesus did, "before Abraham, I AM". I also know that I AM the
way, the truth and the life. This is not to say that I, Chris (ego), am
the way - rather that the kingdom of heaven is in the I AM and can only
be realized from the I AM.
