Karma implies two things
One is the involved force of work from which springs the tendency to do more
work
Another is the involved force of the work that can materialise later

It also means one thing
The involved force of work
As stated above

> If the law of Karma is "cause and effect",
> then diseases and injuries could be cured
> by cleaning original cause or "sin" of this Karma.
Precisely that is what Jesus, the Son of God did
