What body of knowledge does this idea originate from?
I definitely am one with an expansive vital. I avoid crowds as much as
possible, even avoiding going to the grocery store. I even prefer staying
in my own small sitting room/bedroom rather than in the living room of my
house. Sometimes I don't want to cross the street to retrieve the mail...
although it is easier after dark.

There is just something about being alone for me in this time and allowing a
new awakening to move through me. I had a breakdown/breakthrough (Thank you
K) 4 years ago and only recently is my energy beginning to activate again.
I am more sensitive than ever--even have trouble tapping into the mass
consciousness via tv.

At times I try to pull in my aura when I am in crowds and that helps to a
degree... but mostly I just enjoy my expansive time alone.
