Analysis is the bane on our spiritual progress
Quietening the subconscious is the first step
Persistent flame of aspiration is the second step
The descent of the Divine Force is the third step
Then follows the rising and the consequent synthesis
of our subconscious with superconscious
through the opening of the intervening subsuperconscious

Balance naturally occurs when the Ida and Pingala merge into the Sushumna

Vital is the prana or the vital energy
This is inextricably interwined with our thoughts or the psyche
Together, they constitute the K
