Hi all:
The following passage reminded me that when I went to
see Shree Ma, in a small meeting room in a church,
where we were all very close together, that the music
she and her devotees played had exactly this effect,
except in my case I did not dance. I call the effect
certain types of music have "going beyond." The
mind--as in thought--shuts down and an intense clarity
of being comes. I think it's a shortcut to
samadhi--but not sure if that is what you mean by the
k-dance. For me it is not blissful, just absence but I
feel very revived by it.
