Those (siddhis) are an obstacle to samadhi,
but an achievement to the restless state (of spirit).

Commentary:
Attainment of these abilities is inferior to the incessant state of
absolute perfection, but is far superior to any form of worldly
experience used to perceive the coarse objects.
