This is very helpful. It tells me to to meditate more.

I wonder what the cause of lack of peace is, and how the process of stopping
mental activity occurs.

Is it peace with myself, the world, my heart, my mind or perhaps all of
them. The powerplay of egoic mind battling the heart. Surrender of the mind
to the heart perhaps. Perhaps it's fear rising and being eliminiated that
is the real cause of blockage.
