I visited them and got an overview

Possibly, I have felt always the same.
Although I am not a Spiritual Master
Perhaps, I have not been keenly looking at these symptoms
Leaving them aside as the movements of K.

Aurobindo
Particularly, His monumental epic poetry in English "Savitri"
It contains a universe of spiritual practice hints
