My anger energy appears to be very controlled as a result of K
activities. When I do get angry (rarely = less than once a year) it is
like a hurricane. However, it disappears like a "line drawn on water".

The various powers such as sex, anger, wishes, attachment, and pride may
be used for correct or incorrect purposes (eg a knife can cut vegetables
or stab someone, but the knife itself "just is"). The choice is yours.
Everyone has their free will, constrained perhaps by their Karma.

These powers can be brought under control by Yoga (and similar systems)
exercises, breathing, and meditation.
