Dear Hety,
I will forgive remarks such as the above because, for all I know, you may be
"under the influence" and may have little or no control over your emotions.
;)
If I as a man cannot be trusted to relay useful information about nutrition
and such, I can easily find you someone with ovaries instead of testes, who
can tell you the exact same things.
BTW, in mentioning the whole herbs (cohosh, dong quai, primrose oil), I was
encouraging people to do their own research, not to just run out, buy a
bottle and start gulping down pills.
The

Who is "normal" these days? To one extent or another, in one way or another,
most of us living in this society and consuming the Standard American Diet
(SAD) are sick or imbalanced. Some of us are even born that way due to the
poor lifestyle choices of our mothers--and fathers!
And if you don't know what you're
>doing when you conveniently sell your concoctions to us poor, not-normal,

>fatalistically sick. And BTW, menstruation isn't something from which one
>can "heal."
Which is why I never said anything about "healing" from menstruation. You
might want to read more carefully. I was referring to PMS/PMDD, extreme
symptoms which are by no means "normal," any more than an enlarged prostate
is normal.
If you or anyone else wants to keep suffering and complaining, then by all
means, keep on suffering and complaining! God forbid that I take that
pleasure from you. ;-) Not everyone wants to suffer, however, so it is to
them that I directed that message.
And, once again, if your *ego* ... ;) prevents you from receiving such
information from a person with testes, then you can search the Web to your
heart's content and get the same information and products from an ovarian
person instead. That may make you feel better.
Altho' I think the best "healing" will occur for women when we
>return to a female Goddess-based rather than a male God-based society --

Ah, so *that's* the panacea, huh?

Yep. Good advice for everybody, and I try to live by it myself. If something
prevents you from receiving help from a man, then I guess you are just not
meant to be helped by me. That doesn't erase my obligation to share what I
know with as many as will receive it.
Cheerio!
