That would be nice...I really feel one is best advised to develop their
own system and live accordingly. Yes, difficult, but almost always
possible given some effort and willingness to compromise and adapt. I
think "systems" are generally disempowering by design. One person's
system is often designed to limit the choices of others.

I have nothing useful to add concerning menstruation. I'm a man- what
the heck would I know? I have suffered from "blue balls" however, (que
mas horrible!), but I suppose that doesn't count. We all suffer and
hopefully, adapt...
