Subject: [K-list] Sex & Kundalini

I'm new to the list and have found the topic of sex and Kundalini quite
interesting. I've been working on Kundalini for a little over a year now.
The experience with my sexuality was quite interesting.

I think I had a block at my sexual chakra and released a lot of energy
through sex in the past. After my first Kundalini workshop I found that
sex wasn't as important to me and that I didn't feel as much energy in my
sexual chakra. It was as if the energy in my body needed to redistribute
itself.

It felt to me that I had managed to open my block at the sexual chakra
and that the energy was able to flow higher up. Gradually over the past
year my sex drive has increased again but still is not up to the level
that it was before I began studying Kundalini.

When I began to spend time with my current girlfriend I noticed that she
had a lot of energy in her heart chakra and we exchanged a lot of energy
at that level. This seemed to remove a block there, which was very
fascinating to me. At this point the block seems to be at my throat
chakra because I can feel the energy in my spine at several times during
each day if I take a moment get in touch with it.

I have no idea if I follow any kind of periodic cycle like you women do.
I'd have to journal my sexual feelings which I've not bothered to take
the time to do since I don't know what I'd do with the information.

OK, having said all of that, Susan, why do you seem to think that all men
relate only to their penis? Is that how the men you've been around relate?
