Hola!!
As I have read this is the usual way to awaken kundalini. As I have read about kundalini yoga, it takes the shakti all the
way up the spine till the crown chackra. As I have read too, use of force of will can be pretty dangerous. There are some stages of
the kundalini that are quite delicate (these I have experienced) and an excess of pressure can produce a damage that can take a
long, long time to heal.
There is a web page specially dedicated to this type of accidents, It could be you find it interesting ...

> Also I notice that my ability to experience K is very much related to having my energy healer work on me regularly, opening my
chakras I guess? And doing my own energy work in the form of meditation, yoga and careful diet, emotional work. If I just run
around and don't take time for my mind, body and spirit, K activity almost completely ceases. I am curious if others notice this as
well.
