This is the best definition of karma I have ever read! The Dzogchen folks say everything will self-liberate if we'll only let it. We bind ourselves by making all our thoughts, feelings, actions into such heavy events instead of letting them flow as energy. This definition of karma implies the marvelous "lightness of being." Thanks! Holly
