Dear JR, Deidra, Kahurangi,

I'm always fascinated by the Tales of Blue Pearls! I'd love to add your three to the addendum on the k-list poll site.

It seems to be a rare phenomena, so it's really amazing so many of us have experienced it. Gopi Krishna didn't mention a blue pearl, but did mention that at some point everything in his sight had an overlay of blue.
Blue is interesting also in that many of the religious figures are depicted in blue--either blue skin such as Krishna and various Tibetan gods and goddesses {such as the medicine Buddha, Mahakala, Vajrabhaivara, some aspects of Tara, etc), or blue robed such the Christian Mary.
