Dear Daniel beloved,
I know how sensitive you are to energies.
This is not about protecting yourself from what is. It is about opening
yourself to what is and embracing it. What you feel are unhealed parts
of yourself resonating with the unhealed parts of the world.
The more you try to protect yourself from these vibes the more they will
be knocking on your heart's door seeking entry. What you resist
persists. The more you focus on what you are afraid of the more you feed
it with your energy and make it larger and more overpowering. Do not
resist. Love it and it will melt before you, because what you are really
loving is you.
These vibes are only energy and an energy that triggers a response in
you. If your heart is filled with peace it will attract and manifest
peace around you regardless of what circumstances may surround you.
Become an oasis of calm in this ocean of strife.
The more we manifest peace in our own hearts the bigger the effect we
will have on the inhabitants of the planet around us.
Open your heart to love, Daniel, then there will be no room for fear.
When there is no room for fear your suffering will be turned to the
energy of compassion
One of my favorite mantras I share with you:
"My heart beats with the peace of God."
Peace is present everywhere at this moment, perfect peace. What causes
war is other people's idea of perfect peace being forced on others and
the resistance to it.
That is such an illusion. We don't need to create peace because it is
already present. We have just forgotten it is.
Practicing peace in one's owns heart is by far a more courageous and
difficult discipline than any anti-war activity that one can engage in.
This is how long-lasting and effective peace is established.
With each intake and outflow of breath, whisper to yourself and in your
heart, "Peace."
