Dear Daniel,

All the advice I can give is to concentrate on peaceful, calming thoughts.
K dreams in the best of times can be very violent--war, fire, explosions,
visions of wraiths are all are very common. Try to stay in the now as much
as possible--which means your present surroundings, which I hope do not
include violence of any kind.
