Dear Cindy,Sherri,
What helps me is doing a set of yoga excercises before bed--it seems to
diffuse some of the energy. I also tend to do gentle spine stretches when
in bed--flexing the tail bone.
Sometimes a B complex vitamin can help with twitching. Luckily my husband is
a sound sleeper, though! :))
