Letting go ( the difference between finite and infinite)
wu weing -- doing nothing ( in special :) )
Little introduction ---->
As I have been seen, there are different spiritual paths ( understanding , devotion, yoga ... )
but everything let you towards the same, to an absolute letting go. Mine was a mixture of
understanding and necesity.
A year and two months ago I realized there was no other option for me to recover than
waiting for everything to heal alone. So, whenever I was insecure, anxious, had fear, or any kind of
disrupting feelings or blockages I just let myself go i.e. wait until something spontaneous merged
from me.This brought a gradual recovery who settled everything slowly at the natural starting
positions.And showed me the surprising capacity of the body to heal spontaneously.
The base for all this is simple. If you want the peace you have to finish the war.
The I -------->
As I have understood, the I is the body and everything else. Not the brain, not the heart but
the whole body.Your feet, your leg, your back, your auras, your n-extra dimensions ... whatever.
That is for me the I. Without a center. I´ll call it the Self.
The Harm --------->
As we go along the life we are taught self-control, force of will,discipline, effort and so on (all
kind of struggle with yourself thing). This means usually to push or retain ourselves. There is a a
struggle between different parts of yourselve. That creates conflicts and in the long term stress and
all kind of degenerative illness.
When people find themselves blocked they start looking for a solution. Sometimes more effort
is asked and that only agravates the problem. Always is recommended to do something .. sport,
yoga, breathing tecnics, diets who agravates the problem because these are not things the person
would do freely. So there are always parts that are damaged. He does it becuase he has been
told/ or think that is "good" not because he happens to do it.
From my point of view, the worst are drugs who directly fight against the organism.
So this spiral takes through circles and circles slowly making bigger the conflicts inside the
person and the distance with the easy spontaneity of the youth.
The Healing ------>
When we let go we let our Self act as a whole. This is what make it the best course of
action. You are using all the potencial you have to recover. Your mind becomes just a part of it.
And at that moment all the cleverness of the root organism can start to manifest. If you imagine how
complex is for a person to grow from being a child to an adolescent it is of no wonder that
you are able to free some blockages and to restore calm and fix some articulations or whatever ...
growth is much more complex. And we have it and is part of everyone of us.
Of course the letting go is only needed when there is confusion or doubt. If you see it clear,
just go along. Lucky you!.
Fair is foul foul is fair
Hover through the fog and the filthy air
Shakespeare
If the conflicts are deep it takes a time to reach an agreement so at first when you let
yourselve go you feel like inert.The different parts of yourselve are dialogating. From the very
beggining you start feeling recovery. And when there have passed a time depending on how deep
and old is the harm ( for me it was one year and two months and it was real, real deep) you start to
recover fluidity.
Old parts of yourselve who had been conquered long ago by other parts recover their rights
and come back to surface. You start doing things that bring you remembers from your youth.
Something that you realize suddenly you lost long time ago. At that moment the surprising healing
start.
It is called kundalini, but the real kundalini start when you let yourselve go. This part is
surprising because, it shows the real potencial for healing that we have, externally (but it is working
as good as that 24 hours a day all life internally). You start doing spontaneous massages, fexibility
exercises, breathing exercieses, lung and mandible exercises, spontaneous meditation,
dances ... and this is REAL healing!!!.
"We usually see ourselves as imperfect beings ... just start another way , start thinking
we are perfect"
Jean Klein
This is not a imposed therapy by a medic who haven´t go through this himself, nor a
superficial sport, nor psychic healing, nor an absolute superficial mentalization, not a syntethic drug.
It is the wisdom of nature making miracles as she does secondly. It is life Yoga. It is the body
healing itself.Regaining a balance that is far out of sight of any rational mind. .A process of a
complexity absolutely incredible.
The Darkness ------->
The bigger dificulty is that during this process you trascend your mind. Everyday you go
higher and higher but this changes of alttitude are not gradual. Even more, they fluctuate. You go up
ten meters, after that you low five meters then you go up other ten meters. You are always going
higher but up and down. Sometimes you suddenly go down fifteen meters and you stay there some
time (Never more than two or three days usually). You desesperate, you start thinking that never is
going to go up again until it suddenly go up twenty five meters at once.
So, darkness and light are always with you, giving despair and clarity.
The peace ----->
This proccess of healing takes you the optimal way you can go. All your Self is doing the
best it can to heal you, to integrate all your needs in an harmonious way. Depending on how deep is
the harm you can recover earlier or later, but you will always be at the best point of recovery
possible. Nature is far more wiser than any human.
I think the hardest is to find the faith ( from understanding, devotion, necesity ... ) to let
yourselve go absolutely. Because that is what is needed.
If you are lucky enough to reach the end of the process of the kundalini (letting go) then
you would attain n-dimensional health ( purity). The peace would reign all along your Self.
Notes ------->
-- One of the better things of this is that you can be it all you can. You don´t have to make
measuring in how much you let yourselve go or not. i.e not in sport, yoga or meditation or whatever
practice.As chinesse say you can drink as much as you can from it. :)
-- Another base of all this is freedom. From the start you start recovering your internal
freedom. You just do, what you do.
-- Creativity, general point of view, clarity, understanding, depth, will, energy, happiness,
morality, good feelings ...everything comes.
-- The transformation is n-dimensional. It changes a lot of things. You can start to like
people you disliked. You can left a lot of activities ( specialy discipline powered). It needs a lot of
small shifts ... only all the whole together have a chance to do it.
-- As you can imagine letting go, you forget of any goal, or any doing for the future, or just
anything but the day to day live. You stop expecting and limitating. You do things for the sake of doing it.
