Hello,

I would like to share with you a change that has begun in me since March 4,
2003.

I am wondering whether it is kind of begining of Kundalini awakening...

Since last few days when I meditate after pranayam (alternate nostril
breathing) whenever I turn my attention inward, or focus on the spine or its
base (seat of Kundalini) my body starts shaking like a pendulum and I am
fully conscious and aware of what is happening. My judgement is intact. If
I continue alternate nostril breathing the swinging became very vigorous.
The swinging begins at the base of the spine and comes in pulses. It
continues almost endlessly and it is to be forced stopped...and then I
exprience kind of restlessness.

After first day of begining of this process I had tremendous acidity which
was clear indication of stimulation of the vagaus nerve.

While I am writing this mail when I concentrated for right words to describe
my experiences the body started swinging like a pendulum.

For some time I was afraid initially but now I have decided to let go and
surrender to change.
