Please accept my apologies to the K-List for not following the list
guidelines. In accordance with your suggestion, and to balance my
Karma, here is my $0.02 worth in relation to the quote:

It is important to acknowledge that the individual should progress and
develop in a complete/holistic manner. Therefore, to focus exclusively
on merely one aspect (Kriyas in this case) is not very efficient or
useful.

During Kundalini development, the Kriyas are clearly the most intriguing
part of the process, but one should not be unduly mesmerised or overawed
by them. The attainment of special powers/abilities should be
accompanied by a corresponding evolution of morality and ethics.
Kundalini development entails responsibility to oneself and to society.
