Also, regarding the attack of some sort that I had, I have read the signs/symptoms of an anxiety attack and the causes and what happened really doens't add up, I only have one of the symptoms and that is rapid breathing and heartbeat (during the episode)... I wanted to add this... has this happened to anyone else? Going to a hopsital/ doctor and not knowing what is going on? I mean I really believe that is it kunalini, haha... but I suppose no doctor is going to diagnose me with that... just wanted to share :) -Katie
